Description: Our kit for a quick kettle sour. Boil the wort for 15 mins, chill to around 100F, add the lacto pouch and cover for 24-48 hours, or until the desired sourness. Boil again and add hops as per normal schedule, chill and pitch with yeast blend. Works well for a lambic style wheat.
