A strong fermenter popularly referred to as “Conan.” Its peach, apricot and pineapple notes are steroids for hops, complementing modern fruity hop profiles in particular. A diacetyl rest is suggested if fermented in the lower temperature range.

I love this yeast for fruity/fresh tasting pales and IPAs, I just used it for my second round of a peach pale ale and, when fermenting at the lower end of the range, start getting major peach/stone fruit aromas even before adding any fruit. Fantastic yeast, ferments like a champion even without a starter.
