Bull City Homebrew ("we" and "us") is the operator of bullcityhomebrew.com ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you are agreeing to the terms below. These terms and conditions are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Subject to stock availability, we will endeavor to maintain accurate stock counts on our website though from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy that may preclude us from fulfilling your order at the time of purchase. If this happens, we will ship the products that are available and contact you about your preference to wait for us to restock the items that are unavailable or to process a credit or refund.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
We accept returns on most items. For safety reasons we cannot accept returns on perishable items once they leave our facility. Examples of perishable items include but are not limited to: beer kits, cider kits, wine kits, chemicals, flavoring extracts, grain, hops, spices, and yeast.
Return Due to Change of Mind
Bull City Homebrew will happily accept returns due to change of mind on non-perishable items provided that a return request is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Return shipping charges and method are the responsibility of the customer as well as any losses related to lost or damaged packages. Once a return is received and accepted, a refund will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Bull City Homebrew will credit the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
Bull City Homebrew will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim. Subsequent to receipt of an item(s) under the terms or our warranty process, you can expect Bull City Homebrew to process your claim within 7 days. Once approved, you will receive a choice of:
- refund to your payment method
- store credit
- a replacement item sent to you
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Most "Local Pickup" orders will be ready within two hours after placement. Orders for grains that need to be processed may not be available in this time frame. In addition, orders placed two hours before the store closes may not be available for pickup until the following day. Once your order is ready an email will be sent letting you know that your order is ready to pick up.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been shipped.
P.O. Box Shipping (Weight Restrictions Apply)
Bull City Homebrew will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only and packages must not exceed 10 pounds. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
Military Address Shipping
At this time we are unable to ship to overseas military addresses.
Items Out of Stock
If an item that is part of an order is out of stock, we will ship the products that are available and contact you about your preference to wait for us to restock the items that are unavailable or to process a credit or refund.
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link by email that will enable up to date progress of the shipment to its destination by the selected shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you receive a parcel that is damaged in any way that may impact the usability of the products contained, please reject acceptance. If you are not available to inspect the parcel and it has been damaged in shipment, please contact our customer service department.
Appropriate sales taxes are calculated and added to the total purchase price at the time of the checkout.
If you need to cancel your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible or during regular store hours call the store. We are able to accept cancellations before an order has shipped or been prepared for store pickup. We will be unable to cancel any items that have been milled or blended.
